What would your accountant tell you?

Please talk to an accountant. They will tell you three things you should know when considering this trip.

  1. You cannot generate profits through advertising and marketing. Scaling sales increases the quantity of units sold. But if you are not making a high margin on your products, then you will always scramble for money. Accountants have a saying: No amount of advertising will ever fix  a product that is not profitable.  Only product profit margins can increase profits for your business. In other words, you cannot "scale" your way to profits. It is mathematically impossible.
  2. The best marketing and advertising can ever do is to decrease the expense of ad spend. Remember, advertising is an EXPENSE. It Is mathematically impossible to generate profits.
  3. Tariffs are deductible. So, stop shopping countries. Tariffs are deductible from your earned income no matter what country you source from. Choose the best country and deduct the tariffs.  Surprised? Your accountant will confirm this. BUT, you must have a commercial invoice, and a Form 7501. (7501 is the receipt for paying tariffs.) If you ship DDP, you do not get a Form 7501. Don’t worry. We will teach you how to ship other methods, and save you money as well.
 By the way, the entire cost of this trip and all your expenses are deductible too.

Important Details

  • The trip does not include airfare, hotel, or non-group-event meals. 
  • Arrival should be no later than April 20
  • Optional add-ons such as city tours, factory visits, and Yiwu will be posted February 21, 2026, and will be available for additional fees.
  • You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance.
  • You are required to obtain a Visa if necessary.
  • Balances due for deposits in 30 days.
  • Delays: If you cannot attend the Fair that you have signed up for, April 2026, your registration will be applied to the following Fair, October 2026, with no price increase. If you extend beyond the following Fair, (one year) price increases may be added.
  • Refund policy:  If you cancel, refund 100% for 15 days. Refund 60% up to 30 days.   If trip is cancelled by organizers 100% refund will be honored with 30 days of cancellation.  If trip is cancelled due to political actions, refund will occur if the political action is not resolved within 4 months.
